Potion Making is the power to brew potions with supernatural properties. It is one of the basic powers that all witches possess, but other beings can also brew potions. While considered a power, it is also a learned skill that requires knowledge of how to mix potions, handle ingredients and awareness of their effects.

Macy Vaughn first uses this ability to brew a Truth Serum in order to find out whether the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones could trust their Whitelighter.[1]
Mel and Maggie Vera later worked together to brew an Escape Oil in order to free Macy and Harry Greenwood from "Heaven's Vice".[2]
Abigael Jameson-Caine did not think highly of this ability, considering it to be a very lame way to access magic, an opinion that led her to clash with Mel, who found herself relying on potions more since her aura was stripped and, subsequently, her powers had been made dormant.
Dev Banerjee, while not a witch, learned to make certain potions, such as Reconfiguration Potion and the antidote for Pressurized Mumford Traps, through his time of dating a witch.
